cx complaint unit is leaking and making loud noise.inspected unit and could confirm.found gear case to leak bady.unit needs new gearcase and splutch due to being covered in oil.gave cx a qoute and will replace unit.

replaced parts and tested unit now working properly

Installed control and thermistor. Unit is back to normal operations.

"tried replacing gear case but screw fro gear case would not come off.tried by hand with ratchet and tried with 20v impact,had to break agitator and still cound not get bolt off.had rotor locked aswell.spoke with MR and advised replace tub.unit will need outer and inner tub plus washplate W10811957 W11219115 W11550891 W10752187; ordrng 1 W10811957 (inner tub) and 1 W11219115 (outer tub) and 1 W11550891 (agitator) and 1 W10752187 (screw)"
