"cx complaint freezing food in the RC section. cx said sometimes temps seem good, other times food is frozen, somtimes FC has soft ice cream, sometimes it cools fine. when i arrived temp was set to 36/-1. prob shows 26/-1. test 1 shows 37 degrees, test 28 shows 35 degrees, teste 2 shows 14 degres, test 29 shows 0. i called techline with my findings and gave them the history of the unit. they advised thermitor is most likely issue. advised replacing RC evap cover and FC thermitor. orderign boht parts. scheudle when available.; ordrng 1 W11610999 (evap cover) and 1 W11318270 (FC thermitor)"

Customer complaint unit gets really cold in refrigerator section and will sometimes freeze vegetables. Arrive today and inspected unit. Found refrigerator is set at 38? and freezer was set at 1?. Took temperatures and temperature in refrigerator section fluctuated from 36? to 40? in different parts of the unit took temperature in freezer section and had 0? to 2?. Placed unit into diagnostic mode and checked all thermistors and they were reading pretty accurately to set temperatures inside unit tested all fans all fans work correctly explained to customer that certain things inside of this unit like vegetables in bags And water-based products in front of the vent will sometimes freeze due to air coming from freezer. Unit is working good and could find no issues. Unit is working as designed job complete.

arrived and cx also had complaint f water dispenser sticking. replaced controls then removed sticky pad off the back of the dispenser and tested unit started to cool and water pad is not sticking. unit is good
