CX complaint is no ice dispensing. Inspeted/tested and found both couplers in door and bin have sheared aff. Ordering bin and returning with coupler and plate. Did not want to put new coupler on to avoid coupler breaking again before return visit. Spoke to HM. Rescheduled CX for next Monday 9/25; ordrng 1 W11244434 (ice-contnr)

CX complaint is WM missing piece. Inspected unit and found it had a defective strike and door wouldnt look to operate unit. Replaced strike from pre-id. Tested after repair and the WM is now working as designed. Job is complete

CX complaint is no cool.Inspected/tested and verified prior techs diagnosis of a faulty compressor. Found no signs of leaks anywhere else. Replaced compressor and then pressure tested with 140psi of nitrogen. Vac'd down to 30 in for 15mins. Filled with 68g of R600a. Final LS pressure was 10in vac. Unit is working properly. Informed CX 24-36hrs for unit to get to temps. Job is complete
