"CX complaint: outer door glass shattered. Inspected and verified complaint. I found that one side of the door handle came loose and when CX tried to open door, the handle shattered the outer door glass. I failed to locate the screw that came out. Marking outer door glass and nameplate for return vist. Also ordering screw and screw, one of which should be the handle screw. Cannot reschedule due to AIG; ordrng 1 WP98007225 (screw) and 1 W10850756 (screw)"

Upon arrival unit was working. Ice being made by both IM's CX complaint is that its not producing enough ice to his liking and ice cream soft in FC. Checked pressures and did get 0 on LS. Found schrader valve in drier defective and stripped. Replaced drier and pressure tested system with nitrogen. When I went to vac unit down it sat at 20in vac for about 20secs and then you could hear what seemed to be a restriction clear through vac and vac dropped to 30in. Filled with 56g of R600a. Final LS pressure sat at 12 in vac. Unit was already cool so informed CX to give it about 12hrs for unit to get to temps. Job is complete

"Cx complaint is unit not cooling proeprly. Tested inspected and verifed complaint. Found the evap to have a partial frost pattern, also corrected IM in FC for cx so drawers close properly. Had a low side pressure of 0 and could not get a high side pressure due to a defective schrader valve. I believe the compressor is either not pumping hard enough or the compressor was not filled properly from previous repair. Ordering compressor and dye drier, called office and rescheduled for 7/7/23.; ordrng 1 w11574734 (compressor) and 1 W10143759 (drier (service))"

Replaced console as per previous diagnosis. Tested unit and it is now working properly. Job is complete

"CX complaint: freezing in RC and ice fusing in door IB. Tested and verified complaint. Upon arrival, IB at 23, FC at 8 and RC at 40. RC set at 35, FC at -4. RC no longer goes up to 50 but still freezing eggs in RC and ice cream soft in FC. Called WPTL. Documented evap frost pattern in pics. Low coolant likely. Per TL, SS tech needed to check pressures and check for leaks. Cannot reschedule due to SS tech needed.; saved tckt"
