cx complaint is the unit shutting off during the cycle. when i arrived unit had water in it. display would not power on. inspected terminal box and found it only has 2vac. had cx turn breaker off and back on. voltage dropped to 0 then back to 2vac. found no loose connections at the unit. went to crawl space to try to inspect wiring but crawlspace is sprayed with foam insulation. advised cx to have electrition fix power supply to unit.

"cx complaint is the unit not cooling in teh RC section. when i arrived the temp in RC was 48, FC shows -5. cx replaced damper themselves after last visit. verified damper is installed correctly and door open/closes in diagnostics. evap fan is running properly. checked thermistors at the board. RC thermistor 4.2k ohms, FC thermistor 13.6k ohms. i inspected the return air duct at bottom of the RC section. it was blocked with foam and ice. once clear air flow was restored. set unit to recomended temps. advised to give it 24hr for temp to adjust and call us back if there are any issues. unit is working as designed."

installed orderd part and tested oven for cx. unit is working as designd.

Customer complaint unit was installed from new construction and had dent in the front of panel after previous tech visit. I had found this to be true. Removed old front panel and replaced with new tested unit. Unit is now working as intended. Job complete

"Customer complaint unit is not heating well at all arrived today. Inspected unit and verified complaint found broil element to be working, but no heat coming from bake. Inspected element and found in the back. Left corner of the element had came apart. Unit needs a new, bake element and falls under the 10 year part warranty. Customer paid in full for service call and labor and scheduled appointment for return visit will repair scheduled day comes. ; ordrng 1 W10779716 (Bake element)"
