cx complaint that unit is going through the cycle then just gets to 6mins and wont stop spinning.. and smells like somthing is burning.. looked unider unit and no burning/odor present infromed to let sit ahwile before running being the constant spinning.. give it time to cool.per calling called TL spoke to adrian wilil be in contact from product review team within 3 days and will notify the next step of process of repair/swap unit out. email these notes to email on file please.

"Cx complaint unit won't start. Attempted to enter diag and found the start button isn't working. Accessed control and found plastic piece that presses in to allow control to start is stuck. It doesn't allow button on control to start. Ordering panel and control, once available contact cx to reschedule; ordrng 1 W10877390 (control panel) and 1 W11603810 (control)"

I was able to access and replac ethe lower harness and the shifter. I tehn recalibrated the unti and ran a est cycle . UNit completed the auto test with out issues. UNit test good.

CX complaint was that the unit would not drain. I found that the drain pump had 2.8 OHM's of reistanse. I was able to access and replace the drain pump and the main control. I then tested the unit and unit test good.

replaced drain pump and tested no leaks and cycles through and drains no noise and good.. unit checks good.
