"CX complaint is WM loud. Inspected/tested and no codes. All functions working properly. However there was a loud noise coming from under unit that I could not pinpoint. Ordering motor, splutch, belt and capacitor. All parts in stock so I rescheduled CX for Monday 12/11/23 am preferred. CX provided receipt of delivery for 11/25/22 and this ticket was created on 11/21/23 so it is under warranty for this repair.; ordrng 1 W11283592 (motor-drve) and 1 W11395618 (capacitor) and 1 W10721967 (splutch) and 1 W11239857 (belt)"

CX complaint: door wont stay on and cooktop flames too high. I adjusted the cooktop flames. With the door i found that the problem is from the hinge receivers on the oven. Ordering hinge receivers. Cannot reschedule due to only few left on system.; ordrng 2 W11161898 (hinge-recv)s
