Units recirculating pump had failed. Replaced pump and tested unit and unit is now as designed.

Unit low on charge appears to be have pumped out oil. Quoted customer for new compressor and evaporator unit with heavily corroded refrigerant lines customer declines repair. Compressor pulls 2 amps no frost pattern.; ordrng 1 W10276644 (Compressor) and 1 W11492867 (Evap)

Replace failed gasket and unit now working properly sealing properly working as designed

Customer had a clogged off brand filter that was clogged customer replace it with a different filter working properly found refrigerator door gasket with split in it not ceiling properly ordering casket; ordrng 1 W10830274 (Gasket)

"Cx states that unit is in warranty but does not have a POP. Instructed cx to find POP and call us back when they have obtained it. Please return with W11602886 (light) when cx calls. Ice maker on unit is notorious for low production, unit is likely making ice as fast as it can.; saved ticket"
