THis unit was actually the CX's washer not their dryer. CX complaint is loud noise at end of spin. Inspected/tested and found rotor bolt had come out and rotor would spin freely at end of spin. Pulled rotor stator and clutch out and inspected slider and it was in good condition. Remounted rotor stator and releveled unit for CX. Calibrated and retested and the Wm is now working properly.

Cx complaint is dryer not drying clothes properly. Found the vent to be defective not allowing proper airflow for the dryer to work properly. Unit failed airflow test 3 consecutive times. Removed vent from dryer and unit passed airfvlow test. Cx has to have vent replaced for unit to work properly. Job is complete.

Replaced cooktop and terminal block per prior diagnosis. Tested unit after repair and it is now working properly. Job is complete

Cx complaint is water leaking from the ice maker. tested and verified complaint. cx recently had the ice maker installed from the delivery team that brought the unit. the fill tube was pressed right up against the full cache for the ice maker and spilling out over the side of the tray and into the freezer. fill tube became frozen and blocked as a result. cleared the fill tube of ice and tested the ice maker and got very low water flow. checked the water line coming in and saw heavy build up in the line. line was 20+ years old according to cx. informed cx to have the water line in replaced and the water would flow correctly to allow the ice maker to work properly. unit is otherwise working as designed. job complete
