cx complained that water not dispensing everytime .after changing filter 4x .cx states she changes filter and within a week or two maybe less the unit stops dispensing water. Found unit is dispensing i pulled filter our and in and water dispnses with the filter in or out. Pulled the filter out and felt like it was not filtering water. Unit is going to need new filter housing.; ordrng 1 WPW10394053 (housing)

"cx complained water leaking into RC. inspected unit found .standing water under bottom drawer .pulled unit out an removed the drain hose ,to remove any debree that has collected inside of the tube, found clog in the drain . steamed drain tube from inside and outside .poured water down drain and found water draining correctly .unit is back to normal operation."

replaced control. tested unit. bake element getting 240v now and unit preheated to 350 within 15min. unit is now working properly

"cx complaint both icemakers not working. inspected unit and verified complaint. found fz icemaker turned off by bale arm. turned fz icemaker on and it harvested and filled with water. fz icemaker working good now. for door icemaker found mold empty. test56 E5 timed icemaker. test58 cooler than harvest temp. test 57 harvests good. optics working and icebox fan blowing good. test45 heard valve energize but no water came in. had to run fill tube heater for 1min twice to get it to run long enough to thaw out fill tube, icemaker is filling with water now. fill tube heater getting weak. ordering fill tube heater and valve. also ordering icemaker for E5 error. call cx to schedule return visit once we have eta on parts; ordrng 1 W11579561 (valve) and 1 W11087201 (fill tube heater) and 1 W11658802 (icemaker)"
