"CX complai t is that the unit stoped opperating a had a burning smell. I was aboe to enter diag and found a stored F7E1 error code. I cleared the code and ran a auto test. I found that the unit would only buzz during the agitation step and then moved to spi. Once in spin the unit buzzed and coded out the F7E1 again. I inspected the under side of the unit and found the run cap to be leaking dielectric oil. Per Technical Service Pointer, I was able to access and replace the run cap (W11395618) from van stock. I then recalibrated and ran a 2nd auto test and a manuel agaitation cycle. I founnd the unit to be opperating as designed. UNit test good.; used 1 W11395618 (Run Cap VS) from stock"

As per previous visit was able to access unit and replace parts. Calibrated and tested unit now operates as designed.

Cx complaint unit bangs around and makes noise. Was able to access unit and found no saved codes. Found suspension failed causing excessive shaking and rubbing the absorber on the right side off. Replaced suspension calibrated and tested and found noise from belt and splutch wear. Ordering parts needed and settign return for Tue 11/28/23; ordrng 1 W10721967 (splutch) and 1 W11239857 (belt) and 2 W11611669 (absorber)s

cx complaint tht unit is not cooling the rc section enough high 50s and foudn mass amount of ice on the rc evap build up stalled and effected the fan operations. will need the fan harness with thermistor and replaced and steamed out and collected fulil payment and checks good now and allow time to cool properly when in temp range.
