"installed part and verified unit coming to temp, unit cks ok.."

Customer complaint is that the oven is running over 30 degrees cold. Unit tested and the oven during preheat failed to reach 350 when the oven stated it had. Unit has a bad sensor.; ordrng 1 W10833885 (sensor)

"Customer complaint is that the unit does not seem ot balance properly. Cabinet is level and suspension tested good. Checked for stored error codes and found none. Ran test cycle and determined that the basket is out of round, which is causing the balance issue. Ordering basket.; ordrng 1 W11513243 (basket)"

CX compaint was that the unit would not start. I found no errors stored in diag. I found that bCX was unawear of the new 2 step start ptocess. I was able to edjucate cx and unit test good.

"Customer complaint is that the unit is not washing properly. Unit tested and the cycle ran properly. Checked for stored error codes and found F8E6. Error code cleared and unit retested. Error code did not return. Customer is having a problem with their standpipe being clogged, is draining the unit out the window, but the hose they had it attached to was running uphill, which the unit detected as an issue draining. Customer needs to have the standpipe drain clog resolved so that the unit can drain normally."
