"Cx states ice maker now working, had to have drain routed properly and supply line had been leaking, both repaired by plumber. Inspected unit, entered diagnostic mode, tested all components, checked supply connection when valve opened, no leaks found. Reinstalled unit, powered on, unit began flush, then started making ice, unit is working properly."

"Cx states unit not draining, making a loud noise when drain pump running, tested and confirmed. Found piece of glass interfering with drain pump impeller, preventing draining and causing noise. Removed glass, reinstalled pump, ran service test cycle, completed with no errors, noise is gone, unit is draining. Unit is now working properly."

Mediocre at best. After being kept on hold for 20+ minutes, Via promised they would send the correct parts with the technician to avoid having to make multiple visits (at $120 each). Nevertheless, the tech showed up with no parts at all, and took over an hour to tell me that he needed parts. On top of it all, he was not quite impolite, but not very helpful or communicative about the issues. Will not recommend.
