"Customer complaint unit has water leaking out of unit arrived today and inspected unit and verified complaint. Customer had stated they just purchased the home and the refrigerator has been doing it since they purchased when I arrived I had noticed the freezer door is not closing all the way, took drawers out to inspectand found ice buildup behind door and on rail. Causing door not to properly close all the way found no ice buildup under evaporator cleared ice on rail and door now shuts all the way. Inspected gasket and found gasket is sealed cleared. All ice unit is now working as intended. Job complete"

installed data loggers. 1 in FC section and 1 in RC section. made sure light was blinking on both. set up return date for 11/27.; schdld next appmnt for 11/27 MON !

"Customer complaint sometimes things in refrigerator freeze and sometimes there is condensation. Inspected unit and found no gaps in door gaskets on frame. Neither on the freezer side or refrigerator side. Evaporator fans are working properly. No frost on back wall evaporator found that unit does have a lot of food with no proper spacing, that could be causing improper airflow when I arrive. Temperatures were good. Food was frozen ordering two data loggers to record temperatures for seven days will return when loggers are available. Customer also had a complaint that the bottom drawer would not open properly found it had gone past the drawer stop.fix that so now it is properly moving. Will return when loggers are available CX paid for service call and owes labor on return visit.; ordrng 2 Datalogger (Data logger)s"

"cx complaint is the unit not draining. when i arrived unit was full of dirty water. i ran drain pump but heard no noise. can feel pump vibrating but not spining. checked for codes and found F9E1, F8E4. removed all water. and removed drian pump. nothing blocking pump. ran pump with it off the unit and sometimes it spun, sometimes it did not. replaced with preIDed part and ran service cycle. unit completed cycle with no issues. drianed properly. unit is working as designed."
