"right rc door switch not working, interior light not turning on unless left door opened. found right switch not connected to harness due to insulation. replaced switch, tested, working properly. also had concern about dispenser water pressure, removed filter, used bypass, water pressure normal. advised cust would need new filter.; ordrng 1 W11396033 (light switch em vs), used 1 W11396033 (SWITCH) from stock"

We recently had an issue with our Whirlpool refrigerator/freezer. The technician Ken arrived and assessed the problem, did a temporary fix and ordered a new part. When the part arrived we notified Whirlpool and they sent Ken out to fix the problem.
Ken arrived SOONER than the scheduled time, installed the new part within a few minutes and was very professional, courteous and pleasant. We give Ken ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
and will request him if we ever need any services again.
