Per previous diag and with the assistance of DB we were able to access and replace the cooling fans and the bottom convection fan. We then tested the unit and it is now functioning as itnended.. Job complete

Cx complaint is that the unit has an F21 error code and is saying out of service. Upon arrival I found that the unit did mot have any water in it. I was able to access the drain pump and cleared the the catch. I found that the water that came out of the pump was very soapy. I called Commercial TL and verified the issue. I was able to clear the error code and the unit is functioning as intended. I copllected the service call. Job complete

Cx complaint is that the unit is giving an F9E1. Upon arrival I verified the error code. I then ran the diag test and found that the unit is able to finish the cycle without any errors. I found that there were suds left in the sump area after the diag cycle. I then started a quick wash cycle and let it run thru for several minutes and found that it is draining as intended and the error did not come back. I informed the cx about prewashing procedures. Cx also stated that when he filled the rinse aid it overfilled. Unit is now functioning as intended. Job complete

Cx complaint is that the unit will not start and made a weird noise before it stopped. Upon arrival i found an F7E6 and an F7E7. i entered diag and found that when the unit attempted to agitate the motor hummed but did not move. I found that the capacitor has failed. I quoted the cx for the cost of the repair. Cx paid in full. i was able to replace the part with the pre id'd part. i then tested the unit and found that it is now functioning as intended. job complete
