"cx complaint the unit is not heating up. checked the unit and verified complaint. ran unit for a minute and it never heated up at all. unit sounds normal when running. therfore, the unit needs a new magnetron. ordering all high side parts incase. will return once the parts come in. sending over for approval.; ordrng 1 W10818686 (magnetron) and 1 W10598693 (mag tstat) and 1 W11256462 (diode) and 1 W10561770 (capacitor) and 1 W11371718 (transformer)"

cx complaint the unit is not heating everytime and is showing an error code f2e1. checked the unit and it did heat for me. error code was stored in the unit like cx said. ordering both controls and bezels to resolve the issue. will return once the parts come in. control is fbo.; ordrng 1 W11039015 (panl-cntrl) and 4 W11028784 (bezel)s and 1 W11295990 (main control)

"upon arrival noticed cooktop is cracked, also will have to order beauty rings. advised cx they will be contacted for return visit; ordrng 1 W11051484 (cooktop) and 5 W10853046 (bezel-knob)s"

"cx complaint unit not showing entire display, and when unit is displaying as designed unit will randomly display check vent and cx will have to unplugged unit to reset then unit will work intermittently. checked unit, unit has proper voltage supplied, unit has good airflow, could not duplicate issue, ordering parts needed to complete repair.; ordrng 1 W11618917 (control) and 1 W11413567 (facia) and 1 WP8577274 (thermistor)"

"upon arrival compressor locked, low side pressure 25 psi resting, flushed lines, 140 psi nitrogen, replaced compressor and drier, vacuumed 20 min. charged, low pressure -3' hg, advised cx to monitor, unit working as designed."
