came out and replaced all parts on unit . tested unit is now running as designed .

checked the unit and found that the inner drawer is misaligned. this is allowing warm air to seep out and the temp not stay where it should. tried to adjust the drawer but it seems to be warped bent backwards in a wat that it no longer lays flat when closed. parts on order. will return once the parts come in.; ordrng 1 WP9763646 (assembly drawer)

checked the unit and found whenever heating up in bake mode the gas is sent to burner but the igniter is not lighting. i hear it ticking and the broil one is trying to light. unit needs a new surface igniter and spark module. will return once the parts come in.; ordrng 1 W11355922 (surface igniter) and 1 WPW10511278 (module-spk)

came out and replace all parts on unit . tested unit is now running as designed .

"cx complaint unit not making ice , checked unit and all test passed , called techline and ran threw some more test . ran normal and unit dropped ice as normal . techline advised cx to run unit without filter and see how it does . unit is running as designed."
