F7e5 shifter faultCustomer complaint unit is not spinning clothes arrived today and inspected unit and verified complaint found shifter fault error code cleared error and ran test cycle unit filled agitated twice drain and spun. Checked under unit and found parts to have rust on them due to possible moisture on the floor found tub to have a little wobble. Inspected under agitator and found worn out hub. Ordering parts for return visit and ordering extras. Just in case that way on return visit job is complete. cx complained unut was making loud thumping noise. after inspecting unit confirmed cx complaint. pulled unit apart and saw that blower wheel is cracked. unit will need blower wheel. cx paid in full; ordrng 1 WP697772 (blower wheel)

"cx complained uit icemaker stopped making ice, after inspecting unit, couldnt confirm cx complaint. ran service test 57 for error codes, didnt have any. ran icemaker fill test, water went into icemaker as should. harvested and completed. while harvesting icecubes came out of icemaker. cx also stated that icemaker started making ice again. IM is working as should."

Customer complaint after previous text visit the unit continue to do the same thing. It was previously arrived today and inspected unit and verified complaint found moisture still on top of freezer door gasket. Inspected last technician installed secondary gaskets and they were not installed properly. Still causing an air leak as well as did not adjust the door But did turn heater on at 100% with sensor off attempted to fix door properly and raise but there is a gap on the freezer door gasket possibly slight bow and door so Im going to order a new freezer door that will be sent to customers home. Also ordering secondary gaskets to properly install will return when all parts arrive in customer gives us a call.
