Replaced control and tested unit is now working properly.

Installed new tub gasket and tested unit . Unit is not leaking and the door is tight. Unit is back to normal operations.

"Cs unit is leaking from the bottom, couldnt confirm complaint. Ran multiple test cycles and i couldnt find a leak. I leveled unit , ordering door gasket . Advised to use the unit as normal and advise us on return trip if it leaked again.; ordrng 1 W11498831 (tub gasket)"

"cx complained unit door handle came off. confirm cx complaint after inspecting unit. called safety line to report issue. told them the screw had came out. after speaking with cx , he said that the screw was inside of the unit, after taking door and inner glass found screw. reseated door handle and unit is now working as should."

cx complained unit wasnt dispesning detergent properly and unit would be stuck on spin cycle for long periods of time. confirmed complaint about unit not dispesning detegent properly. cx wasnt hitting the load and go option causaing detergent to not dispesne. got error code f0e1. ran quick wash cycle unit displayed 1 minute left on spin but continued to spin longer than 1 minute. unit will need acu control.; ordrng 1 W11550656 (control)
