F7e1 tachometer issue x2Customer complaint when trying to wash clothes during agitation or spin cycle unit did nothing and displayed a code above. Arrived today and verified complaint found F7E1 twice in error codes. Cleared error codes and ran diagnostic cycle during cycle when unit got to agitation and spin capacitor just hummedstopped test. Cycle powered off unit and disconnected power. Went under unit and found capacitor defective and leaking. Replaced part and reassembled unit tested unit is now working as intended. No error codes recalibrated unit job complete customer paid in full.

arrived to install parts. cx said they ran a load last night and this morning the clothes were wet and display still shows 'sensing' but unit was not running. they restarted the cycle and it worked properly. i found no saved codes. installed the ordered parts and testd unit for cx. unit seems to be working as designed.

"cx complaint is the unit shutting off in the middle of the cycle. cx says the unit starts running and heating then stops after running for a while, display shows 'sensing' but unit is not running. cx cycles power and it starts running again. issue has been happening more frequently recently. no error codes saved. in diagnostics the moisture sensor is not seeing a change when wet rag is held against sensor. tested sensor at the board. it is getting a reading when sensor in drum is touched. i called techline with my findings. they recomeneded replacing the control board and drive motor as it may be overheating and stopping.. ordering both parts.; ordrng 1 W11525997 (control board) and 1 W11549461 (drive motor)"

isntalled ordered pats. tested unit for cx. unit is working as deisgned.

"cx complaint is that sometimes the unit doesnt heat, sometimes it doesnt start at all, other times it runs fine. found no saved codes. ran a timed dry. unit heated fine and air flow meter shows yellow light. asked cx to explain what exactly happened when unit didnt work. cx started unit like normal and unit didnt respond at all. cycled power and unit worked. when it happened again he had to cycle power multiple times to get unit to work. found outlet is wired correctly and unit is getting 243vac. ordering control board and console for return visit. schedule when apporved/parts available.; ordrng 1 W11378949 (console) and 1 W11565020 (control board)"
