"upon arrival, found new magnetron damaged, pic saved. installed capacitor, transformer and mag thermostat. tested unit, still tripping mag thermostat and magnetron is getting extremely hot. then noticed blower wasnt running. found blower unplugged. plugged in blower, its running now and unit isnt tripping mag thermostat anymore. unit is now working properly"

"cx complaint unit stops heating after it runs for a minute or 2. inspected unit and verified complaint. heard mag thermostat click at 1:15 and mag didnt come back on. found mag is getting very hot, can feel it thru the shell. replaced magnetron and diode since it seems mag is just overheating. tested unit, same issue. ordering transformer, capacitor, mag thermostat and another magnetron in case needed. call cx to schedule return visit once we have eta on parts; ordrng 1 W11545871 (transformer) and 1 WPW10574736 (capacitor) and 1 W11224803 (mag thermostat) and 1 W11391712 (magnetron REORDER)"

"Cs unit is showing error message f8e4 float switch, Replaced heater special project , and tested unit. Foubnd unit leaning forward and leaking on to the float switch.Leveled unit no more leaking.Unit is not workin properly."
