"Cx states unit not making ice, inspected, ice in mold, no ice in bin. Jumped harvest, IM began harvesting but fingers stopped once they got to the ice in the mold. Installed new IM, IM jumped and filled properly. Unit is now working properly."

"Customer complaint unit wa making loud noises after intalling the unit. I tested the unit and found the fans, compressor and damper door quite i could not replicate the issue. Custoemr will keep and eye on and record the noises but the unit is cooling good and not noieses Unit is good."

"Customer complaint rear center burner is lighting but is puffing after lighting. Customer stated that they had the builders company installed and thye did the conversion but it looks like they may have miss the rear one becasue the flame is not unitfor and orange tip and and pufffing as if is not mixing correctly. I also found the burner was loose. I reseated and now the unit does not puff only when the vavle is beeing moved. Found the valve is crooked. Unit will needs new manifold center, rear center burner and conversion kit. Call customer when parts are available.; ordrng 1 W11428599 (Kit) and 1 W11333176 (Manifold center) and 1 W11319673 (burnr-head center rear)"

cx complained unit light bulb wasnt working in the microwave. couldnt confirm cx complaint.unit bulb is working in the microwave as should.
