Inspected the unit. Found that the cx is saying that the Dishwasher is tripping the breaker / no User Interface Display. Checked the Terminal Block to the unit. I then checked the voltage to the unit. L1 to N = 0.27 Volts. Checked the breaker. Breaker was in the off position. Installed new Control Board . I then unplugged the Dishwasher and capped off the lines. Also unplugged the Garbage Disposal because they are on the same circuit. Tried to turn on the breaker. Breaker immediately turned clicked off. Cx will need a licensed electrician to check the breaker. I also advised to the cx that the Dishwasher needs to be on its own circuit.

CX complant. No water dispensed after filter change. Inspected unit and confermed . No water dispensed . Removed filter . Tried dispensing water with bypass. Put filter back in water flowing good now Collected 139 service call. RB

"cx complant. Washer making noise. Inspected unit and found no error codes , Checked under unit and found all parts tight , Ran a normal wash cycle to try and replicate sound. Unit filled and agitated without abnormal sounds. , drained as well without abnormal sounds. CX has a recording odf sound , When unit is agitating left sound happens , When machine agitates right , No sound. called tech support . techline had us load baset and start a wash cycle . When rotating left sound happens. Agitate right . no sound. Techline seems to thing gearcase. IN Stock. Further work needed, RB; ordrng 1 W11449841 (gear case)"
