cx complaint unit not running. checked unit to find no power going to terminal hookup. checked to find breaker good. removed unit and checked to find junction box installed for dishwasher loose when checking for voltage found after moving box power restored to unit but when going to reinstall unit power was lost. cx to have electrician check hookup and correct.

"cx comlaint unit not cooling, checked temps, fc at 18 degrees, rc at 65. frost build up on evap, cleared frost build with steamer. fc fan is unresponsive, heater reading open, also thermistor out of range. replaced thermistor and evap fan motor, advised cx do not load unit with a lot of product due to unit not working efficiently. ordering control and heater to complete repair.; ordrng 1 W11546610 (heater) and 1 W11546690 (control)"
