CX complaint: not completing cycles. Tested and verified complaint. F8E1 error code. Water inlet slow on the cold side. House supply has good water pressure. Ordering inlet valve. Schedukled return visit for 8/24 AM; ordrng 1 W11210463 (valve)

Replaced gearcase and drive pulley as per previous diagnosis. Tested unit and it i snow working properly. Job is complete

"CX complaint: uniut tripped breaker. Tested and verified complaint. This only happened 1 time and at present, unit is working properly. When itv happened, there was no other power ;loss to anything else in the houise. I am hearing a vibration around compressor. On return visit, check the copper lines when replacing the main harness. Also, ask if any more freezing in RC. Ordering Diffuser (just incase) Main harness and evap harness.Cannot reschedule due to SO part.; ordrng 1 W11229025 (main harness) and 1 W11566892 (evap harness) and 1 W11236851 (diffuser)"

"CX complaint: heavy click sound in agitate. Previously replaced control, clutch and slider. The heavy click happens at a specific point in the agitator changing direction. Called WPTL to document SR7734151487.to document. Orderingf rotor W11260238 and stator W11195971 and marking slider for return visit just in case. Scheduled repair for 7/28 any time; ordrng 1 W11260238 (rotor) and 1 W11195971 (stator)"
