Replaced the motor and blower wheel as per previous diagnosis. Tested unit and it is now working properly. Job is complete

CX complaint is unit gets hot and shuts off... Inspected and verified. Unit has a defective motor that is overheating and shuts down then when it cools back off it starts agin. Meanwhile the timer is running the entire time. Ordering motor and blower wheel. Both parts in stock. Rescheduled CX for hursday 11/30; ordrng 1 W11549461 (motor) and 1 WP697772 (blower wheel)

CX complaint is no cool. Inspected/tested and verified. Replaced compressor per prior diangosis. Pressure tested unit with nitrogen and vac'd down to 30in. Filled with 68g of R600a. Final LS pressure was at 12in vac. Informed CX 24-36 hrs for unit to get to temps. Job is complete

CX complaint: not drying and top of unit gets hot. Tested and verified complaint. No error codes. Unit failed air flow test in the yellow but vent is short and clear (i put my arm through vent to outside and it was clear and goes outside within 2 ft of unit. Ordering cycling theristor and moisture sensor harness. Cannot reschedule due to NW part; ordrng 1 WPW10298258 (harns-wire) and 1 WP8577274 (thermistor)

"CX complaint: bake not heating. Tested and verified complaint. At term block we have 120/120/240 vac. When bake activated, we are getting no voltage at element. While bake is activated, we are not getting voltage from control at all using con 4-7 and con 4-3. Quoted CX price to replace control W11122557 and saved quote. CX did not approve repair at this time. CX paid 120.00 for service by check. Job is complete"
