Cx complaint unit is not working properly inspected unit found unit is heating properly however units vent is venting inside the home called whirlpool document

"Found unit not making ice, no errors on IM, but not filling.. fc/rc fans working , ice bin sensor working ..ice bin fan working .. turned heater for im on and tested fill again. now filling .. ideally it should make ice .. tested temp in fc and found it at 15 degrees. beginnings of sealed system issue .. unit would need compressor , rc evap and access ports .. cx paid svc call and stated they are getting new unit .."

Removed and replaced the ignitor bake tested and inspected for proper use unit now functions Normally

Used a thermocouple and showed cx the process as unit heats and cuts off showed 370 and 320 which averaged to 345 degrees F adjusted up by 5 degrees F unit is working as designed charged 139.00 for service call
