Cx complaint is unit shaking during spin. Found the suspension springs to be wore out from use causing the unit to shake during spin. Also ordering the counter balance spring. "CX complaint: squeeling sound. Tested and verified complaint. I found none of the support rollers turn well and the 2 in back barely turn. Also idler pulley is difficult to turn. Ordering all 4 support rollers and idler pulley. CX paid for service, parts and S&H by CC. CX will owe 110.00 upon repiar. CX complaint is no freezer light. Inspected and verified. FOund FC module defective cause by a bad switch. Ordering new madule and switch. Cannot reschedule at this time due to part availability; ordrng 1 W11602886 (light) and 1 W11445850 (switch.)

CX complaint is no heat over 220 F. Inspected/tested and verified. Found bake elementdefective and charred on rear right. Unit needs bake element. Not in stock. Spoke to VL none in OS. Cannot reschedule at this time.; ordrng 1 WPW10276482 (elmnt-bake)
