cx complant of lid not closeing and not filling with water inspected unit found goood water to unit and lid not closing and when it does the back left corner is high not aoig the line to lock found the hindge is not moving all the way down removed hindge to check lid and unit will still not lock unit wil need new lid and left hindge instlled new lid and hindge and tested unit unit now locking propelry and filling with water

"Upon arrival, CX brought to our attention of dents inside unit as well. Inspected unit, confirmed cx complaint. Found Dryer drum warped and dented. Went to install front panel and found panel dented on bottom right corner with deep scratches. Reordering Panel and ordering drum.; ordrng 1 W10541657 (drum) and 1 W11491471 (Front panel ( reorder))"

"CX complaint: unit making noise during spinInspected unit, confirmed CX complaint. Found Rotor bolt on floor, confirmed gearcase, stator, rotor, clutch, slider, and harnass were all good. Original Bolt did NOT have locktight on it. replaced original bolt with pre id then calibrated and tested unit. unit now working as intended."

"REplaced Ui and Ui harnass, tested unit, unit now working as intended."

"Replaced evap fan and blades but still making a noise, I found when the fan speeds up it vibrates on the back of cabinnet, I was able to add some padding to the fan bracket and quiet unit down. Unit is now working properly."
