Fantastic experience

Via appliance contacted me with a recorded message that Josue will be arriving shortly within the scheduled window for the repair on my Whirlpool dishwasher. When he arrived he introduced himself, put in the little booties and asked where the whirlpool was located. I show him where the dishwasher was located and he asked me what was wrong. I explained to him that the items in the top rack were not getting clean. He then said he was going to run a battery of tests to determine what is wrong. He said that based on the diagnostics it appears that the engine motor was sluggish and it appears he would need to replace it. He took apart the dishwasher by removing the old motor and put in the new motor. After putting in the motor, he again tested the dishwasher to determine that it was running properly. I thanked him. Josue was courteous, professional and got down to the task of fixing my dishwasher. I would recommend Josue and Via to family and friends for appliance repair services.

He seemed to know how to solve our issue, and went right to it.
