"CX complains unit is making loud buzzing.humming during agitation,unit takes long time to run spin cycle as well as making loud noises during spin. CX also states normal cycle doesnt produce enough water to cover clothing entirely. Ran unit through auto test, unit shows no error codes, unit suspension checks good, unit ran though auto test with no issues. CX showed tech the noise that is main complaint, noise is normal opperartion and there are no parts that will reduce the noise cx complains about. No further work needed. documented with TL under. CX EMAIL CONFIRMED."

"Cx complaint unit making noise. Was able to access unit and found F7E1 error. Ran unit and found it filled, drained agitated and spun but when it was slowing down started screeching. Found shifter not moving fully causing teeth of clutch to grind. Replaced with pre-id and van stock. Tested unit and unit now operates as designed no further work needed; ordrng 1 W11481722 (actutator (JL VS)), used 1 W11481722 (actuator (JL VS)) from stock"

"As per Technical Service Pointer was able to access unit which was uninstalled and replace the heating element with van stock. Cx did not want unit reinstalled as it had leaked and caused property damage so was unable to test. Unit checks good no further work needed; ordrng 1 W11537778 (heater (JL VS)), used 1 W11537778 (heater (JL VS)) from stock"

Cx complaint of water coming out from front bottom. Found drain tube was clogged. Was able to clear and test unit now operates as designed collected for service call

Was able to access unit and replace parts. Calibrated and tested unit now checks good no further work needed
