Installed new control and lid lock. Unit is back to normal operations.

cv complained ice not being made .installed new augger motor and yolk .Ice maker tested and producing ice.

"Cx states lid latch stuck, inspected and confirmed. Can hear control clicking attempting to release latch but latch is not moving, pre id latch not yet received. Ordering control and lid latch. ordrng 1 W11368855 (control) and 1 WPW10482836 (latch REORDER)"

cx complained uit wasnt powering on. confirmed cx complaint. after taking unit apart. i checked the fuse to unit. fuse read 0.6ohms. checked black and white whire to makre sure unit is getting 120volts. confirmed. when checking white to blue wire in filter board. unit didnt get 120volts. unit will need new filter board; ordrng 1 W10422269 (filter board)
