CX HAS THE UNIT IN BASEMENT AND THEY DON'T HAVE A PROPER DRAIN TO LOOP AND THE DRAIN HOSE IS LAYING ON THE FLOOR RUNNING TO THE SUMP WHICH IS THE CAUSE OF THE ISSUE NOT THE UNIT
