CX complaint was that the unit is making a grinding sound. I found the nut to the drive cam was backed off. I was able to resecure the nut and unit test good.

CX complaint was that teh unti was making a noise during opperation like metal scrapping. I found that the blower wheel was loose cauing the noise. I was able to resecure the blower wheel and unit test good.

"Replaced diffuser, damper opens and closes as designed. Unit checks good"

replaced bpth parts and tested unit now powers drain pump and drains wter checks good.

"cx complaint that unit is not draining. when arrived foudn unit full of water and clothing but not draining and cant even hear the pump run. when in test mode componet test for the drain pump.. checked the wire connections and the head connections and theyre in tact and not pulled out or broken. checked volts at disconnected pump harness had 3 vac and not coming from board unit will need acu as well for no power at pump ordering W11624938 and call to reachd when in to return call cx then,; ordrng 1 W11624938 (acu)"
