came out and replaced the UI and reset and checked over unit. calibrated watr and temps set correct and now unit checks. job complete.

"came out to replace valve and check over unit. cx said unit does not start all the time now and just flashes and wont run through cycles. unit had a new code of F2E1. replaced valve and recalibrated and ran auto test on unit. unit filled and ran. started a normal wash and let run to check water in and let valve cycle a few times.unit will need a new control as well. ordered VS water valve again as i still didnt get one back yet. as soon as part is in office will schedule.; ordrng 1 W11603810 (Control), used 1 W11210463 (Water Valve BR VS) from stock"

cx complaint is filter cap keeps coming open and wont stay shut. i tried a few times and t opened and did get it to stay shut. tested and checked over unit. lights and fans check and temps in range . unit will need filter housing replaced for lid issue. cx rescheduled for 12/11 per her request.; ordrng 1 WPW10394053 (Filter Housingt)

cx complaint is unit dances all around during cycle. found F5E2 F0E2 code. tested and checked unit. ran a drain and spin to check drum and bearings. drum seems to have normal wobble and unit is lever. wife is not here and he doesnt do the laundry to answer to many questions. also said about a sound at times when unit is moving around. per issues and service pointer will order new damper kit for unit. as soon as parts are in office will schedule.; ordrng 1 W11094464 (Dampers Ser Pointer)
