I was very impressed with how quickly I could schedule a repairman. I like the fact that you can track the progress of your repairman throughout the day to give you a better idea of when to expect his arrival. The repairman who did the initial inspection and the repairman who installed the part were both on time. This is the best experience I’ve ever had with an appliance repair service.
