Cx complaint unit not making ice and both sections not cooling. Called techline. Advised to be a SS leak. Evap has a block of ice near cap tubing. Checked for uv dye no signs on evap or rear components.; ordrng 1 WPW10608485 (evap) and 1 WPW10466675 (compressor) and 1 WPW10143759 (drier) and 1 W11506635 (coupler) and 1 nitrogen (nitrogen)

Cx complaint whenever unit tries to spin it would go off balance. Inspected unit found F71 oversuds. Ran through diag cycle and whenever unit spins there is a squeeking noise. Inspected parts underneath and found oil leaking. Cx denied repair.

CX complaint FRIDGE warm temps. Unplug unit & opened evap cover & saw good frost pattern. Attached gauges & pressures are low. Unit draws 80W. Running pressures are lower than 11/10/23. Evacuate R600 & filled with 140psi NITROGEN. Lost 2 to 3 psi over 30 minutes. Sprayed all surfaces with soapy water but unable to find leak. Called techline to report. Unit deemed nonrepairable > JJ

"Cx complained the unit leaked. Inspected the unit and could not duplicate. Pulled the unit out, poured water in the basin and it fills and drains without leak. Cx will monitor. Job complete"

CX complaint FRIDGE - BEV CTR not cooling. Cut into system. Very little refrigerant. Install coupler & UV drier. Run vac & closed manifold. Waited 15 minutes = No change. Filled with R134a & waited for temp change. Advised CX possible refrigerant leak & to keep checking temps. Evap not replaceable - CX placed a digital thermometer in upr section. If CX calls back send shopjob & send tech to check for UV dye > JJ
