"Per the previouse tech, I was able to access and replace top , lid latch, and the bezel. I did not test the unit due to a large bubble in the cold water supply line. I advised CX to replace supply lines. I am also ordering 1 washplate (W11558969) due to damaging clothing. Once the part is avalible, please have someone form the office call to set a return date.; ordrng 1 W11558969 (washplate)"

cx complaint that unit not sealingon the rc section on the left side of door. i found their was gap on the gasket and wwas able to heat and seal comnpletely door now has proper cooling. now no warm air is coming through

"Cx complaint unit vibrates while spinning. Ran manual high spin and found unit to vibrating and rocking back and forth. Inspected underneathand found the front right leveling leg to be cross threaded to cabinet causing unit to be unlevel. Adjusted leveling leg and leveled unit, ran manual high spin and test cycle and unit completed both without issues."

"Per the previouse tech, I was able to uninstall the unit with use of a oven cart. I CX powered breaker off and I was able to access and replace both controls and the console control. I powered unit back on and found uit to no heat. I was able to test power at the control from K10 -K3 and found no voltage. I was able to access the juntion box and tested power from L1 to ground and found the propper 120 V's. I then test L2 to ground and found 16 V's . I was able to show CX my findings and advised CX to have a licensed Electrican come to the home and inspect the power supply. No L2 is supplied to the unit at the juntion box.;"
