"CX complaint: unit shaking. Tested and verified complaint. I removed the articles in the washer to test. Suspension rods are firm. Unit is level. Fett are securely on floor. I reloaded washer and tested wet load on drain and spin and was able to balance load. I advised CX to try to balance the load and use as normal. If problem persists, to contact us. Unit is working proper;y. Job is complete"

CX complaint is no cool. Replaced compressor and installed drier per prior techs diagnosis. Pressure tested with nitrogen andvac'd down to 30 in. Filled with 56g of R600a. Final LS pressure was 12in vac. Informed CX 24-36hrs for unit to temps. Job is complete

Cx complaint is unit making a water hammering effect when filter is installed. Tried 2 filters and unit does not do it when filter is installed. Ordering filter housing to resolve issue. Cannot reschedule at this time.; ordrng 1 WPW10238123 (housing)

Michael was fantastic. He actually listened And fixed the problem. The other tech told me to put beer on top shelf so that my food would not freeze in addition told me that was normal for my model to freeze food in refrigerator ! Michael actually listened to the problem and fixed it!

The VIA guy that came to do my repair was GREAT!!! He not only took care of my problem but he had useful tips and advice, as well as a wonderful personality. I would recommend VIA to anyone! If I ever need another repair I want only them to come and fix it! Craig
