"CX complant. Washer shrinking clothes and ripped a sweater . Inspected unit and could find nothing wrong with washer , All parts are there and unit is working correctly as far as drive system , motor , splutch , gearcase . CX stated she did a cycle and a sweater shrunk and another had holes in it from dlicate cycle. Called tech support and tech support ran me through diagnostics . No error codes in diagnostics , Ran a test cycle , Checked water suopplys , not reversed . Tech support had me run the CX through proper loading of clothes by loading loose heaps. Not wrapping things around agitator and not stuffing the tub. Unit is workibng as designed. RB"

fridge constant noise from behind unit and also dent in right side door within thirty days of purchase removed back panel wobble from condenser fan attempted to straighten out shround no change; ordrng 1 W10815687 (door right side) and 1 W11127829 (condener fan) and 1 WPW10406719 (shround) and 1 WP2188935 (fan blade)

tested unit no change issue in control customer paying the difference in price for control will return with evap fan if needed after control replacement customer aware if need its would be more than already paid collected 174.12 for the control; ordrng 1 w10823804 (control)

"irratic temps and the unit had call for service light flashing .. found the pressures at 2psi/135psi, no dye.. the condensor fan blade comes off of the motor shaft.. unit needs new fan motor w/ blade ..; ordrng 1 W10124096 (condensor motor)"

"Installed new inverter, verified compressor now running.. evacuated system, pressurized system w/ 140psi .. leak checked w/ bubbles .. vac unit down for about 15mins , refilled unit .. Job complete"
