"Replaced parts and ran a sensor dry cycle with a piece of wet paper towel on the sensor bars. The cycle stopped when the paper was dry. Cx had a new complaint sbout the knob not responding properly. Tested selector knob on console, confirmed not responding properly and showing a delay on reacting to the selected cycles. Confirmed $12.8Vdc supplied by the control board. Ordering control panel W11413567. Return visit 12/14/23; ordrng 1 W11413567 (control panel)"

I'm writing to thank Sherwood Griggs for his outstanding, 5-star service who came out to fix our Kitchen Aid refrigerator ice machine last Wednesday. He was professional, timely and quickly diagnosed the problem. Then, he explained the problem and solution clearly and completely. My husband was not able to be home so I asked Sherwood to repeat his explanation so I could video it and send to my husband who was puzzled by the problem. He kindly agreed and my husband was thrilled to receive this video and fully understand what was happening.
We were completely satisfied with Sherwood's service and would highly recommend Via Services, and Sherwood specifically.
